Welcome to Harmonium's new Help Desk system!

Our goal is to provide the best service to our team of employees by offering an easy Help Desk ticketing system, sharing a Harmonium "Knowledge Base" for frequently asked questions/issues, and by creating a forum to share "Customer Suggestions".

Help Desk Tickets:

Some of the topics you might submit a Help Desk ticket for include:

  • Computer Issues
  • Empower / Paylocity / or other Human Resources  Questions
  • Website questions/suggestions
  • Help re-setting a login or password

 To submit a Help Ticket, please click on the header "Submit a ticket".  We will respond to you shortly.

You may also check out our "Knowledge Base" for answers to commonly asked questions (found in the header "Knowledge Bases").

Ideas/Suggestions:

Have a great idea to share?  Please do!  Under "Knowledge Base" there is a drop down menu with the title "Customer Ideas".  Just click on "Add Topic" on your upper right-hand side of the screen and "submit" when you are finished.
